Chartwell Manor Guesthouse is situated on a 7-acre Bushveld estate just minutes away from the Fourways CBD. This picturesque venue is owner run and we are fully aware of the significance of the World Cup and how important it is to you. As we only specialize in smaller groups (2-12pax) we believe that by working with you, we can deliver a successful and stunning World Cup. We appreciate the need to tailor your holiday to suite your specific requirements.

Accommodation:
We can accommodate any group size, from a sharing couple to a group of 12 people. Chartwell Manor consists of 8 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms and can accommodate 12 people with ease.
Our rate per person per day is from R580 to R680 per day, depending on the group size, and includes breakfast.

Large upstairs bedroom with 3 beds (3/4 beds) and small attic room with double bed.
One bathroom to share with bath & shower. TV in large bedroom.
4 persons sharing:
2 Bedrooms with double bed in each and sharing bathroom with bath & shower. Own private garden.

Specialist crafts include sandblasting on glass and goldsmithery. A Variety of food stores are available.
ELEPHANT SANCTUARY
The Elephant Sanctuary provides a safe haven for our elephants and offers a unique platform for guest education and interaction. All our programs are guest and elephant driven, which means the most important part of our operation is to ensure happy elephants and satisfied guests. The close encounter with elephants you experience at The Elephant Sanctuary truly is one of a kind.
Tour 3: Magalies Canopy Tours and Welwichia Country Market
THE MAGALIES CANOPY TOUR
The magaliesberg canopy tour is a unique eco-adventure that takes clients on a 2,5 hour tour down the spectacular Ysterhout Kloof, set in the ancient Magaliesberg Mountains. Eleven platforms have been built against the cliffs and rock faces of the kloof and are joined by long steel cables that clients slide along to reach the next platform. Two trained canopy guides assure the safety of each participant while describing interesting facts about the indigenous plants, bird life, ecology and geology of the area.

Tour 4: Maropeng, Stekfontein Caves and the Lion & Rhino Park
MAROPENG
Situated in Gauteng province, is a world-acclaimed tourist destination and an area of spectacular beauty. A visit to the state-of-the-art Maropeng Museum, spread over a 47,000 hectare valley, takes you on an incredible journey back in time, literally millions of years in evolution.
The STERKFONTEIN CAVES
The Sterkfontein Caves nearby are a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the area is called the Cradle of Humankind because it is believed to be the place where man originated millions of years ago. Among the stunning discoveries made at these Caves are the oldest human fossil and a skull of pre-historic female, which anthropologists have dubbed Mrs Ples.
THE RHINO AND LION PARK
The Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve is a privately owned Gauteng game reserve, covering on average 1 200 hectares of land with over 600 head of game. This Gauteng game reserve is located in the 'Cradle of Humankind', a declared World Heritage Site, central to Johannesburg and Pretoria.

LESEDI CULTURAL VILLAGE
Lesedi, which is seSotho for 'light', was initiated in 1995 as a tourist attraction and today features five traditional dwellings, each representing a South African culture: Pedi, Zulu, Xhosa, Basotho and Ndebele. Day visitors too get to experience the origins of today's colourful South African nation and receive a guided tour of the Zulu, Basotho, Xhosa and Pedi homesteads, after a multi-visual presentation.
